Around 853,000 young people in the UK are Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET). That’s one in seven aged 16-24 who are at a greater risk of social exclusion, reduced well-being, income inequality and reduced prospects.
We want to change that.
Through our hands-on employability and financial education programmes, resources and teacher training we want to eradicate youth unemployment and help young people to realise their potential.
Young Enterprise relies on supporters at the national and local level to fund our operations. For a list of national supporters. click here
In Surrey we are grateful to the following companies who provide us with their support.
Bank of America, Procter & Gamble, Intertec, GOBU, Thorpe Park and 3 Counties Business Club.
If you feel able to support us financially with a donation we will incorporate your company’s logo in our working materials used throughout the year in our programmes. We welcome your help at competition time, judging student companies for example, and presenting awards to our winning teams. Some supporters provide us with practical help, allowing us to use their meeting rooms and presentation suites from time to time.
Supporters provide many of our Business Advisers from among their employees.
We would very much welcome your involvement – do get in touch with Lynne Skinner on 07834 609336 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
